# Our Bed and Breakfast on Lake Klopeiner See

Our bed and breakfast is located **directly opposite our beach** - on the promenade - and has been **awarded the Carinthian quality seal**. Along the promenade you can easily walk many restaurants, cafés and bars. The guesthouse is located directly on its own private beach with our new [LAKE HOUSE](https://www.kristan.at/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=82&Itemid=366&lang=en). Thus, only a few meters remain to enjoy a perfect bathing day at Lake Klopeiner See. In our company, we attach great importance to **sustainability** in the production of energy through solar panels for hot water treatment and a modern PV system for green electricity.
